1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Time
- USA Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days

Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

4. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failed deliveries due to customer error
If an order is returned due to address issues, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but the package is missing:
- Check with neighbors & household members.
- Verify the address provided.
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
6. International Shipping
