We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unopened and unused.
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used supplements.
  • Items purchased during clearance or final-sale promotions.
  • Gift cards.

4. Return Process

  2. Our support team will provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the product back to the address provided.
  4. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, your refund will be processed.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the product and packaging

We will replace the item at no extra cost.

6. Refunds

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped yet.
